What is the next step?
Retrieved from 30 October 2024 CAO negotiators from the four unions, including VHP2, together with some executives, will officially hand over the petition to the management of Philips. On behalf of Philips will Karin Middelburg and Hans Schelbergen receiving the petition. This is a crucial moment to once again forcefully bring our demands to the employer's attention.
Our goal remains the same: a substantial pay rise, reduction of workload, and better working conditions that do justice to the daily commitment of all employees.
