A reorganisation involving the loss of 150 jobs was announced today, 30 January, at Signify. Especially painful as this is yet another reorganisation that employees at Signify are facing.
The VHP2 is demanding Signify to explain the reorganisation in the very near future. We will also maintain close contact with the Works Council, which will have received a request for advice by now.
Fortunately, the VHP2, together with the other unions, has concluded a social plan with Signify. Members who may be affected by the reorganisation can of course appeal to our legal department.
