The polder is ready to get back to work – VHP2 has its say
The polder is buzzing with activity once again! In a recent interview with the Trade Union Confederation for Professionals (VCP), our director explains Perry van Liempt on developments in the labour market and the important role played by the social partners in this regard.
As an advocate for professionals, VHP2 believes it is important that professionals have a strong voice at the table. The labour market is changing rapidly, and this calls for sound agreements on work, income, development and terms of employment. We are keen to engage in dialogue on these matters – with employers, employees and the government.
Among other things, the interview discusses the challenges and opportunities for the coming period and how the polder can work together to find solutions.
