VHP2 reacts disappointedly to Signify's final offer for a new CBA.
The offer of Signify for most pay scales amounts to a structural pay increase of 2% over 1.5 years and a one-off payment of €1,000. In addition, the variable allowance is increased but it is uncertain whether it will actually be paid. It may be that Signify's results are disappointing but this does not justify such a low wage offer. Signify is now falling behind in wage development compared to similar companies and this means it will become increasingly difficult for Signify to recruit and retain staff. The VHP2 finds this worrying. The last word is up to our members. These can vote until 21 June next.
