Discuss working conditions Airbus with VHP2
VHP2 and FNV are organising a meeting for all employees at Airbus on 25 September next. See also the invitation for this on your intranet. Subject of discussion will be the terms of employment at Airbus. As is well known, Airbus falls under the Metalektro collective labour agreement and a lot is already regulated under that agreement. However, this does not mean that there are no additional tailor-made agreements within Airbus. These include, for instance, reducing work pressure, a better work-life balance to maintain sustainable and healthy work and an expansion of sustainable employability measures. In addition, the VHP2 calls for higher allowances for travel expenses and working from home, support for young employees with study debts and widening bereavement leave. In October, VHP2 and FNV will hold talks with Airbus to improve and modernise working conditions.
