In recent years, the VHP2 has been fighting for good working conditions at Eurofins. In 2022, it took a petition and threats of legal action to agree a decent wage increase for 2022, 2023 and 2024. However, due to the limited membership at Eurofins, we cannot act as a bargaining partner with your employer from 2025 onwards.
Do we then do nothing at all? Yes; we continue to advise your Works Council in the background on all collective negotiations such as, for example, employment conditions or a social plan. The lines are short: we are also on the High Tech Campus. In addition, all VHP2 members will of course remain entitled to our services such as legal assistance in labour disputes.
