1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
Declared generally binding (avv)
CBA parties apply for the avv, which makes the CBA applicable to all employers and employees covered by the scope of the CBA.
Type of collective agreement
Minimum collective agreement (employer may deviate from collective agreement in favour of employees).

Employers' organisation: Organon Netherlands
Pension Fund
The pension is placed with pension fund PGB.
CLA result
The Organon Netherlands 2026 collective agreement includes the following:
- Salary increases: All employees will receive a salary increase of 3% from 1 April 2026. Employees in the first third of their salary scale (< 0.921 PIR) will receive a salary increase of 4% from 1 April 2026.
- For employees in the first third of their salary scale (< 0.921 PIR), the multiplication factor of 1.33 will also apply for the upcoming collective agreements, until such time as the head office implements a revision of Organon's globally applicable salary system.
- The same rules regarding overtime apply to part-timers as to full-time employees.
- The overtime allowance also applies to employees in total band 300 (i.e. including P2/R2).
- The home working allowance follows the tax ceiling.
- The RVU will be extended within the framework of the new laws and regulations.
