The basics

Duration
1 January 2024 to 31 December 2025.

Declared generally binding (avv)
CBA parties apply for the avv, which makes the CBA applicable to all employers and employees covered by the scope of the CBA.

Type of collective agreement
Minimum collective agreement (read here what the difference is between a standard collective agreement and a minimum collective agreement).

CLA parties
Workers' organisations: FNV, VHP2
Employers' organisation: Organon Netherlands

Pension Fund
The pension is placed with pension fund PGB.

CLA result

Besides agreements on a structural salary increase, better travel allowance, and more control over the schedule, the following agreements were made in the Organon 2024-2025 collective agreement:

  • Generation policy: The generation policy is mandatory in nature and open to all employees.
  • Expense allowance for interns: The expense allowance for interns will be increased to €150 per month.
  • Salary increases: All employees will get a salary increase of 4.5% from 1 April 2024 and 3.5% from 1 April 2025.

Salary

These are the agreements in the current collective agreement:
- Salary increases: All employees will get a salary increase of 4.5% from 1 April 2024 and 3.5% from 1 April 2025.
- Salary scales: Organon applies different salary scales per job category. See Annex 1 for the specific scales.

Travel reimbursement

- Commuting: A net allowance of €0.23 per kilometre with a maximum of 50 kilometres one way.
- Public transport: Full reimbursement of travel expenses based on 2nd class.

Home working allowance

A home working allowance of €2.35 net per home working day applies.

Missions

Travel expenses are reimbursed on the basis of the lowest class of public transport. If using your own car, you will receive €0.30 per kilometre.

End-of-year bonus

Employees under the Organon collective agreement are entitled to a year-end bonus of 3% of the annual salary.

Holidays

Employees are entitled to 35.5 holiday days per year for full 40-hour employment.
