VHP2 members have responded massively to our call for comments on the announced reorganisation at ASML! This input is enormously valuable to us and we will use it in our negotiations with ASML on a social plan. We are also sharing the input in our consultations with ASML's Works Council.

What else does the process look like?
Together with the other unions, the VHP2 is negotiating a social plan with ASML:

26-2, 9-3, 16-3, 23-3 and 7-4 (reserve date)

Whether there will actually be a negotiation result on a social plan at the end of March/beginning of April obviously cannot be said with certainty. The VHP2 will only submit a negotiation result to its members for a vote if we consider this a defensible result. To be clear: A social plan is only definitive if the members of the unions have agreed to it in majority!

Meanwhile, the VHP2 along with the other unions has also made arrangements with the works council to meet every 14 days to discuss the state of affairs.

Communication VHP2
The VHP2 keeps its members informed of developments through newsletters. If necessary and of course also on request, -digital- member meetings are also organised.
