A large majority of our members agreed to the negotiation result for the new collective agreement Metalektro. A majority at FNV, CNV and De Unie also voted in favour. This makes the new CBA final and applies retroactively from 1 January 2026 and runs until 31 December 2026.
We thank all members for their commitment and trust. Thanks to your input, we can continue to firmly represent your interests.
During the term, a number of important files are being prepared towards the next CBA. For our supporters, the HP CBA remains an important issue; VHP2 will continue its unabated commitment to its scope.
