Main results of collective bargaining negotiations

In addition to agreements on structural salary increases, a one-off payment and an extra holiday day, the following agreements were made in the collective agreement NXP 2023-2025:

  • Increasing the Generation Pact for shift workers to 80-90-100
  • Adjustment of holiday balance phasing-out scheme
  • Introduction of an article on career twists on the employee's initiative
  • Extending bereavement leave
  • Introducing an article on informal care

Salary

These are the agreements in the current collective agreement:

  • From 1 May 2024, a collective increase of 5% with a minimum of €2,100 gross on a full-time basis
  • Per 1 March 2025, a collective increase of 2.75%
  • A one-off payment of 1.5% of basic salary with a minimum of €1,000 gross on a full-time basis in May 2024

Salary scales

NXP uses its own system of salary scales. The salary scales are adjusted with the collective increases effective 1 May 2024 and 1 March 2025.

End-of-year bonus

NXP does not have a fixed end-of-year bonus in the collective agreement.

Fees

The CLA NXP contains various allowances, including:

  • Shift premiums
  • Overtime allowance
  • Consignment fee
  • Travel reimbursement

Job evaluation

NXP operates its own job evaluation system.
