When your retirement approaches, the need for overview, peace of mind and the certainty that you are making good choices grows. The VHP2 ‘’Pension insight course' offers: a practical and accessible introduction for anyone who wants to prepare properly for the retirement phase.
A course for members and interested parties, especially those approaching state pension age. Pension choices often affect your partner too. Therefore, your partner is also welcome to participate in the course. Face the future together well informed and with confidence.
What can you expect?
As part of the Metalektro Financial Fit project, this course will take you through the key choices and regulatory issues surrounding retirement:
- Understanding pension choices: when do you let your pension take effect and what do those choices mean for your income?
- Explaining AOW and taxes: what changes financially when you stop working?
- Practical tools for informed and appropriate decisions
- What you can already arrange now, such as a living will
- Well settled for your next of kin: think inheritance, will and digital legacy
- Space for your personal questions
You will go home with a clear and complete overview that will help you look ahead with confidence and be well prepared to enter your next phase of life.
