Scope
Target: The collective agreement is in force for employees working at Signify Netherlands B.V. and Modular Lighting Netherlands B.V.

- Employees in Hay grade 7 to Hay grade 19 fall under this collective agreement from 1 January 2022.
- Employees in Hay grade 20 and above are outside the collective agreement, but can opt for voluntary application via an incorporation clause
Salary and remuneration
Salary increases:
- Per 1 April 2025: 2% loonsverhoging, met een minimum van €1.200 bruto per jaar.
- Per 1 september 2025: 1% loonsverhoging, met een minimum van €600 bruto per jaar.
Monthly salary: Monthly salary is determined based on departmental/Hay grade classification and assessment of work performance.
Holiday allowance: Het wettelijk percentage (8%) wordt maandelijks uitbetaald.
Variable remuneration: Medewerkers in Hay grade 7 tot en met 13 ontvangen een variabele beloning van 5% op hun jaarsalaris, medewerkers in Hay grade14 tot en met 18 6% en medewerkers Hay grade 19 ontvangen 9%.
