1 September 2020 to 30 June 2022. The CLA will end automatically on 30 June 2022.

Declared generally binding (avv)
CLA parties apply for the avv, thereby making the CLA applicable to all employees covered by the scope of the CLA.

Scope

Target: The collective agreement is in force for employees working at Signify Netherlands B.V. and Modular Lighting Netherlands B.V.

    • Employees in Hay grade 7 to Hay grade 19 fall under this collective agreement from 1 January 2022.
    • Employees in Hay grade 20 and above are outside the collective agreement, but can opt for voluntary application via an incorporation clause

Salary and remuneration

Salary increases:

  • Per 1 May 2021: 1% pay rise, with a minimum of €310 gross per year.
  • Per 1 May 2022: 2% pay rise, with a minimum of €620 gross per year.

One-off payment: In May 2021, employees in departments 10 to 50 will receive a one-off payment of €500 gross on a full-time basis.

Monthly salary: Monthly salary is determined based on departmental/Hay grade classification and assessment of work performance.

Holiday allowance: The statutory rate (8%) is paid monthly. The minimum holiday allowance for employees aged 22 or over is €2,606 gross per year.

Variable remuneration: Employees in Hay grade 7 to 18 receive variable pay of 4% on their annual salary, and employees in Hay grade 19 receive 7%.
