Sounding board groups

Think and talk!

At VHP2, we believe in the power of cooperation. The more people think along, the stronger we are in negotiations on employment conditions.

Do you have ideas about your terms of employment? Do you want to influence the consultation with employers and the collective bargaining negotiations within your sector? Join one of the sounding board groups of VHP2 and talk with us about the future of your work!

Why participate in the focus group?
  1. Your voice counts
You directly influence the issues in negotiations. Share what is going on in the workplace and thus improve working conditions.
  2. Stronger together
Together with colleagues and union representatives, you discuss bottlenecks and opportunities within the collective labour agreement. Your input strengthens our position at the negotiating table.
  3. Involvement in negotiations
Stay informed of developments and provide input during negotiations. Your opinion helps shape VHP2's strategy and priorities.
  4. Learn from each other
The sounding board group offers the chance to share insights and learn from others, giving you a broader understanding of the collective bargaining process and its challenges.
Working method

How does the focus group work at VHP2?
The sounding board groups of VHP2 meet regularly, both physically and digitally, to discuss important collective bargaining topics. VHP2 offers full support in this, so that your contribution comes to its full advantage.

Fast switching
Information is shared mainly via e-mail, supplemented by an informal collective agreement WhatsApp group for quick communication. These groups are confidential and intended for quick response, for example when negotiations gain momentum. Do you have questions or need consultation? You can always contact a negotiator directly.
