These are the key appointments:
- An increase of 3.1% from 1 April 2026, with a minimum of €1,380 gross per year on a full-time basis (this means at least €115 gross per month);
- An increase of 3% from 1 April 2027;
- A one-off payment of 0.75% of annual salary (including shift bonus) to be paid in April 2026;
- The social plan is extended unchanged until 30 June 2029.
