Meeting for retired VHP2 members
During the day, you’ll be given a guided tour of the museum, where you’ll learn about the rich history of DAF. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a sandwich lunch together. It’s a great opportunity to meet up again and catch up.
Programme
Date: 4 November 2026
- 10.00 am – Welcome at the DAF Museum with coffee or tea and a biscuit
- 10.30 am – Start of the guided tour (duration approximately 1½ to 2 hours)
- 12.15 – End of the guided tour
- 12.15 – Group lunch
- 1.15 pm – Closing of the meeting
Accessibility and parking
The DAF Museum is easily accessible by car and by public transport.
- Own transport: The DAF Museum is situated in the centre of Eindhoven, where paid parking is becoming increasingly common. Please bear in mind that finding a parking space in the immediate vicinity of the museum can be difficult. We therefore advise you to allow plenty of time to find a parking space.
- Public transport: From the bus station (behind the NS station), take bus number 5. The stop is right in front of the museum (Tongelresestraat, near the Hefbrug).
- On foot: The Museum is situated in the centre of Eindhoven, about a 15-minute walk from Eindhoven Central Station. The route is signposted by the local council.
