To promote sustainable employability, VHP2 offers the Social Safety Workshop - from insight to action. This workshop gives insight and helps you to contribute more consciously and effectively to a safe and inclusive working environment.

Social safety in the workplace is important for both employees and organisations. An unsafe work environment can lead to reduced motivation, lower productivity and higher absenteeism.

How do you recognise signs of social insecurity? How do you make sure everyone feels heard and valued? And what concrete steps can you take to promote a positive work culture? During this interactive workshop, you will get insights and practical tools that you can immediately put to the test in daily practice.

What can you expect?

✅ Better awareness of what undesirable behaviour is and in what forms it occurs
✅ Understanding the subtle and less obvious forms of undesirable behaviour
✅ Recognising thresholds in discussing social (in)safety
✅ How to prevent under- or over-reaction to unwanted behaviour
✅ Tools for promoting a socially safe working environment
