Collaborating effectively in multicultural teams
As part of the Metalektro initiative Sustainable employability VHP2 offers the Intercultural Cooperation workshop to. Do you work in a team with colleagues from different cultures? Then you know that this presents many opportunities, but sometimes also challenges. How do you deal with differences in communication style, decision-making and expectations?

- A colleague from another culture understands your comments differently than intended
- International meetings sometimes feel awkward or uncomfortable
- Conflicts arise without it being clear why
During this two-day workshop, you will learn how to communicate more clearly and cooperate more effectively in an international working environment. No theoretical models, but directly applicable insights and practical tools to prevent misunderstandings and strengthen intercultural cooperation.
