In December 2020, everyone was told whether they are part of the new DA organization. In that case, these employees will be offered an employment contract with the new independent organization as of 1 July 2021. At the moment, staff departments such as Innovation, IP&S, IT, HR, Finance, etc. are mainly looking at which employees can be classified under DA. Now that the choice for employees will soon be made, many people have questions about the future.
In 2015/2016 VHP2 together with the other trade unions were busy arranging the employment conditions consequences for the employees who went to the independent Lighting organization. The trade unions have also gained many different experiences with other divisions of business units.
We can imagine that many employees are unsure what such a split-off means for them and how it will work. For that reason, we are happy to inform you about what is involved and we would like to hear what questions are in your life.
