As a participant in the Raad van overleg metalektro (ROM) VHP2 has contributed to the Strategic Agenda Metalektro. The Strategic Agenda Metalektro is an elaboration of the collective labour agreement of 2021. In it, the parties to the CAO state that mutual cooperation is necessary because the Metalektro sector is facing serious challenges. The challenges are in the field of digital and energy transition. The parties to the CAO want to tackle these by working together on the themes of industrial relations, the labour market and industrial policy. You can view the strategic agenda here.
